Rates are Seasonal

March - October Rates
Sunday - Thursday Night at $115 per night + tax
Friday and Saturday at $120 per night + tax
November - February Rates
$99 + tax per night

Our 19 chalets rest on the precipice of Taylor Mountain and overlook the 69,000-acre Guntersville Reservoir. Each offer two bedrooms/one bath. One bedroom has a king bed with the second bedroom having 2 full beds. The living and kitchen area is fully equipped with Cable TV and DVD player, stove and refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and cooking utensils. A wrap-around deck provides panoramic views of Lake Guntersville and a forest of trees teaming with deer and other wildlife.

You may request certain chalet numbers or locations. However, we do not guarantee that unit to be available at check-in but will make every attempt at honoring your request. Reservations require a 2-night minimum year-round. A 3-night minimum applies to all accommodations on Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekend.

Rates are subject to change. When making reservations, a credit or debit card number is needed to confirm your reservation, or you may choose to mail us the first night's rent. We do not charge a credit or debit card in advance. You will be asked for method of payment at time of check-in. Please be prepared to provide us the following information at check-in:

• Make of vehicle, tag number, and state in which it is registered.
• Your method of payment.
