March - October Rates
Sunday - Thursday Night at $125 per night + tax
Friday and Saturday at $130 per night + tax
November - February Rates
$99 + tax per night

Our 15 lake-side cottages sit near the edge of the 69,000-acre Guntersville Reservoir. Each offer two bedrooms/two baths. One bedroom has a king bed with the second bedroom having 2 full beds. The living and kitchen area is fully equipped with Cable TV and DVD player, stove and refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and cooking utensils. A deck provides views of Lake Guntersville with its variety of waterfowl to one side and a forest of trees teaming with deer and wildlife to the other side. Relax with a cup of coffee on the deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the park. Be sure to have some treats ready for the squirrels! They practically eat out of your hand!!

You may request certain cottage numbers or locations. However, we do not guarantee that unit to be available at check-in but will make every attempt at honoring your request. Reservations require a 2-night minimum year-round. A 3-night minimum applies to all accommodations on Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekend.

Rates are subject to change. When making reservations, a credit or debit card number is needed to confirm your reservation, or you may choose to mail us the first night's rent. We do not charge a credit or debit card in advance. You will be asked for method of payment at time of check-in. Please be prepared to provide us the following information at check-in:

• Make of vehicle, tag number, and state in which it is registered.
• Your method of payment.
